This project consists of 9 participatory events happening throughout the course of two weeks, in an apartment space(A307), Beijing.
Each of the staged events were reenactments of local events that were happening in Hong Kong at the exact same time. All events were found through online research, social media forums, and by directly contacting people living there. Using the information we found online for events that were scheduled to happen in Hong Kong, we attempted to create as many precise similarities as possible to have the same situations occur in Beijing at the same time. All of the events that we found, were small-scale community oriented local events, the members of which were not aware of our reenactments.
